1. ค่า LNB เป็น 10750 หรือ 11300 ถ้าเป็นหัวเก่าที่ติดมากับจาน ทรู ใช้ความถี่ 11300 ครับ
1.1 กด Menu ที่รีโมท
1.2 ไปที่เมนู การติดตั้ง
1.3 ไปที่เมนู การติดตั้งจานดาวเทียม
1.4 ไปที่เมนู แก้ไขดาวเทียม
1.5 เปลี่ยนความถี่ LNB เป็น 11300
2. ลองเช็คว่าสายอากาศต่อแน่นดีไหม สายขาดในหรือเปล่า
3. หน้าจานมีการเคลื่อน หรือมีอะไรบังหน้าจานหรือเปล่า
